Nothing to complain about, we would still consider staying here again when in Ha Long. Booked a senior double room with heating, a laptop-size safe and a work desk. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a great addition.

We really loved service and views, the venue organized everything for us. Coffee/tea makers, a fridge and glassware in the room were nice. Breakfast offered good choice of YUMMY meals. Nice place for exploring Ha Long.
